Public Input for 3 Upcoming Grant Applications

On Monday, July 26, the Administration of the City of Fairview Park held a public hearing for three (3) grant applications that will be submitted for various community improvement projects. The presentations given at this hearing can be found below.

The Administration is continuing to solicit comments/input for the grant applications, which can be sent to Monica.Bartkiewicz@fairviewpark.org.

The first application is for the Enhanced Mobility for Seniors and Individuals with Disabilities (Section 5310) Program through the Northeast Ohio Areawide Coordinating Agency (NOACA). The City will be seeking funding for a Senior Transportation van. Please click here for more information about the program and proposed project. The deadline for submitting input/comments is Tuesday, August 3, 2021.

The second application is for funding from Cuyahoga County through the 2022 Community Development Supplemental Grant (CDSG) program, which is designed to supplement existing community development projects and efforts. Please click here for more information about the program and proposed project. The deadline for submitting input/comments is Friday, October 29, 2021.

The third application is for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding from the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development that is administered by Cuyahoga County through the 2021 Municipal Grant program.
