The City of Fairview Park is eligible to apply for up to $50,000 in 2021 Community Development Supplemental Grant (CDSG) funding and up to $150,000 in 2020 Municipal Grant Funding. Both programs are administered by Cuyahoga County through the Department of Development.
Funds can be used for a variety of community improvement projects. Past projects include the playground equipment at Nelson Russ Park, pavilion at Nelson Russ Park, sidewalk replacements, replacement of the Senior Center roof, and renovation of the Police Department women’s locker room.
A virtual public meeting for both grant programs was held on Monday, October 19 via Zoom to provide an overview of the grant programs and solicit public input. A recording of the meeting can be accessed by clicking here.
