On Tuesday, September 8, 2020, legislation will be introduced to Fairview Park City Council to authorize the Mayor to enter into contract with R.J. Platten Contracting Co., the firm that submitted the lowest and most responsive pricing proposal for improvements to the Story Road/Thomas Lane Greenspace. Upon passage of this legislation, such improvements will be constructed.
This project – funded through Cuyahoga County’s 2020 Community Development Supplemental Grant Program – will be completed before March 15, 2020 to ensure compliance with the grant deadline.
